The Pregnancy RPYT Teacher Training* is a comprehensive 6 days course specializing in pregnancy yoga.

Yoga Europe School® invites you to join this unique Yoga Teacher Training held in Nicosia, Cyprus. The course is a Yoga Alliance training around prenatal and postnatal yoga dedicated to yoga teacher or medical practitioners. Pregnant woman are also welcome! It is a profound understanding of the breath so to welcome the birth and deal than with this new life! For you and for your baby.

-Yoga history & philosophy

-Specific to pregnancy yoga (what is pregnancy yoga and what are the specialities of the teaching. What is the hygiene of life to develop.)

-Pedagogic & methodic

-Yoga Anatomy (a deep understanding of women anatomy will be taught. Including the understanding of the different body systems, the spine and the fascia. Especially the pelvic floor.)

-Practicum (The goal of this session is to allow the trainee to observe a Lead trainer teaching but also guiding a session too. This will be divided in different practices : one for each trimester of the pre and post natal)

-When a mum welcome her baby (the trainee will be introduce to communication methods and different tools will be provided to help the focus and the birth preparation.)

Leader Trainer: Julie Giacomini E-RYT500

Julie Giacomini E-RYT500 direct teacher training in Hatha Yoga since 10 years France and abroad. She has a great understanding of the posture thanks to the teachings of, Manju Patthabi Jois and in the lineage of Swami Satyanada Saraswati and BKS Iyengar. She has a practice of Sound yoga with an expertise on the mantra with Patrick Torre.

She is teaching pregnancy yoga since 10 years and she is happy to welcome new soul in this word. Her expertise in yoga and the two natural birth that she had gave her a great insight on pre and post natal yoga that she is happy to share.
