SUP yoga (paddle board yoga) is the practice of Yoga poses on a paddle board in the middle of a body of water. SUP yoga is best practiced on calm waters that's why we practise it early in the morning time. SUP yoga is admittedly not as easy as regular yoga since you need to stay upright on a paddle board. We offer this class in Limassol, Agia Napa, Protaras, Larnaca and Paphos.
