Biography

Maria Hadjiantoniou was born and raised in Nicosia, Cyprus. Her enthusiasm to help people achieving their best version of themselves physically, but also mentally, is one of her passions. She teaches Hatha, Aerial, Yin, Hot Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Prenatal Yoga and Postnatal Yoga. Maria, as a certified/registered Yoga Teacher, is eager to help you reach your full potential.
